As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as an item that is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.
General Delivery Information
Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 1-7 working days. We’ll send you tracking details by email within 48 hours of your order being dispatched. In some cases, we will call to arrainge the delivery. If you have not received tracking details within 5 working days, please reach out to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can help.
If the delivery is carried out by our partner, Heartlands Furniture, we will reach out to you to coordinate a convenient delivery date and time. Please note that standard deliveries are scheduled from Monday to Friday exclusively. Our couriers strive to arrange bookings 2-3 days prior to the delivery, ensuring you are always informed of the arrival of your goods.
The availability of delivery slots depends on the schedule of the delivery company in your area, with most areas serviced once a week. If the initially offered slot is not suitable for you, the delivery company will contact you again with an alternative slot, typically within 7 days of the initial one.
To ensure effective communication with the delivery team, kindly provide your mobile number when placing your order. If any visible damage is noticed on the packaging or products upon delivery, please make a note of it on the proof of delivery.
