HOW DO I PAY?

We accept online payment in United Kingdom Pound Sterling (£).

For payments we accept: Visa, Maestro, American Express, MasterCard, Clear Pay, UnionPay, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Payment methods

We also accept payments through PayPal.

Paypal

We do not accept cash or cheques.

 

HOW MUCH IS STANDARD DELIVERY?

We offer free standard delivery on all UK mainland orders with exclusions and the delivery time is within 3–10 working days. 

 

DO YOU DELIVER TO MY LOCATION?

If you are unsure as to whether we can deliver to your location, or if your postcode is not listed in our Delivery Pilicy, before placing an order please contact us at: info@interdesignboutique.com and we will confirm for you and advise of any additional times and charges.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When you use one of our tracked delivery services, we’ll automatically send you an email with your tracking number, and the address for the courier company’s tracking website, as soon as we dispatch your order. 

 

HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

At busy times orders may take 2-3 days to be dispatched. The majority of orders are received within 3-5 business days after dispatch. As we cannot guarantee the speed of the courier service please allow up to 14 business days for standard delivery.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We’re sure you’ll love our products, however, just in case you change your mind we have a 14-day returns policy from the date of delivery to give you complete peace of mind.

Simply return your unused item to us in its original packaging. Except where your products are faulty or damaged, you will have to bear the direct cost of returning any products to us.

We are unable to accept returns on assembled furniture, sale items or gift cards.
