Simply return your unused item to us in its original packaging. Except where your products are faulty or damaged, you will have to bear the direct cost of returning any products to us.

We are unable to accept returns on assembled furniture, mattresses, discounted items or gift cards.

What is PU chair?

PU leather is a type of artificial leather that is made from polyurethane, a plastic material. PU leather can be used for making furniture, shoes, bags and other accessories. PU leather has some advantages and disadvantages compared to genuine leather. 

Some of the advantages are:
- PU leather is cheaper than genuine leather, which makes it more affordable and accessible.
- PU leather is more colorful and diverse than genuine leather, which gives more options for design and style.
- PU leather is easier to clean than genuine leather, as it does not absorb water or stains.
- PU leather is more animal-friendly than genuine leather, as it does not involve killing or harming animals.

Some of the disadvantages are:
- PU leather can look and feel less natural than genuine leather, as it may have a synthetic or plastic appearance and texture.
- PU leather is less breathable than genuine leather, which can make it uncomfortable or sweaty to wear or sit on.
- PU leather is more prone to cracking and peeling than genuine leather, as it may not withstand wear and tear well.
- PU leather is less durable than genuine leather, as it may not last as long or age as well.

PU leather is also known as bicast leather, split leather, bonded leather or corrected grain leather. Some types of PU leather may contain some genuine leather scraps in the base layer, while others are completely vegan. PU leather is widely used in the furniture industry, such as in office chairs .

How to clean PU Leather?

To clean anything from PU leather shoes to a chair, you’ll need mild soap, warm water and a soft non-abrasive cloth . Follow these steps:

1. Soak your cloth in a bowl of warm water and add a small amount of mild soap. Wring out the excess water.
2. Gently wipe over the surface of your PU leather item to remove dirt and dust. Pay attention to any stains or marks and rub them lightly with the cloth.
3. Rinse the cloth in fresh water and wipe over the item again to remove any soap residue.
4. Dry the item with a soft microfiber cloth or let it air-dry away from direct heat or sunlight.

To prevent PU leather from peeling or cracking, you should also condition it regularly with a natural oil such as baby oil, olive oil or coconut oil. Apply a small amount of oil to a soft cloth and rub it over the surface of your PU leather item. This will help to keep it moisturized and flexible.
