We’re sure you’ll love our products, however, just in case you change your mind we have a 14-day returns policy from the date of delivery to give you complete peace of mind.

Simply return your unused item to us in its original packaging. Except where your products are faulty or damaged, you will have to bear the direct cost of returning any products to us.

We are unable to accept returns on assembled furniture, mattresses, discounted items or gift cards.

✔ Dispatch within 1-10 working days

✔ You will receive a confirmation email, tracking number or telephone call once your item has been dispatched.

✔ Standard delivery orders will typically arrive within 1-7 working days. All standard deliveries are managed Monday to Friday and cannot be scheduled for a specific day or time. Most orders will be delivered between 8am and 6pm.

✔ Ground floor deliveries only. Please note some larger products are delivered to kerb-side (the street outside your home), it is at the drivers discretion if they can deliver the item to another location on the property. InterDesign Boutique will take no responsibility for damage caused when delivering goods in the house.
